2. Description of Service

bandobast.ai is an intelligent visual surveillance and analytics platform that processes video feeds from security cameras to provide real-time insights including footfall analytics, crowd monitoring, pattern detection, semantic search, and alerting capabilities. The Service is provided on a per-organization, multi-tenant basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

Use the Service to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
Process video feeds from cameras you do not own or have authorization to access
Use the Service for unauthorized surveillance of individuals
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Share access credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. Camera and Video Data

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of cameras and video surveillance complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy laws, data protection regulations, and workplace surveillance laws. You must obtain all necessary consents and display appropriate signage where required by law. bandobast.ai processes video data solely to provide the Service and does not claim ownership of your video content.

6. Organizations and Roles

The Service operates on an organization-based model. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for managing team members, assigning roles, and controlling access to cameras and features within their organization. Role-based access controls (Owner, Admin, Viewer) determine the level of access granted to each team member.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Telegram for notifications and Frigate NVR for video processing. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by bandobast.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your video content and data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bandobast.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service provides analytics and alerts as decision-support tools and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security decisions. bandobast.ai does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-powered detections.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
